1. General Policy Scope
This Exchange & Refund Policy applies to all services, products, and event tickets offered through the entreprentourt.uk website. By using our services, purchasing products, or registering for events, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
2. Membership – Related Exchanges and Refunds
2.1 Membership Exchange
- If, within 14 days of purchasing a membership, you decide that a different membership tier would better suit your needs, you may request an exchange. For example, if you initially sign up for a basic membership but later wish to upgrade to a premium membership for access to additional features and benefits, you can contact our membership support team.
- To initiate the exchange, send an email to Liam0JohnMacveigh@outlook.com clearly stating your account details, the current membership you hold, and the membership tier you would like to exchange it for. Our team will review your request and, if approved, will adjust your membership within 3 business days. If upgrading, you will be required to pay the difference in membership fees. If downgrading, any unused portion of the higher – tier membership fee will be refunded to you in accordance with our refund policy.
2.2 Membership Refund
- Full Refund: You are eligible for a full refund of your membership fee if you cancel within 7 days of purchase and have not used any membership – exclusive services or benefits. For instance, if you sign up for a membership but then realize it’s not the right fit before accessing any member – only events or the marketplace, you can request a full refund.
- Partial Refund: If you cancel your membership after 7 days but within 30 days of purchase, a partial refund will be provided. The refund amount will be calculated based on the proportion of the membership period remaining. For example, if you cancel 15 days into a monthly membership, you will receive a refund equivalent to half of the monthly fee, minus any fees for services already used.
- After 30 days of purchase, memberships are generally non – refundable, except in cases where we are unable to provide the promised membership services due to unforeseen circumstances or technical issues on our end.
3. Career Transition Programme Exchanges and Refunds
3.1 Programme Exchange
- If, within 7 days of starting our bespoke career transition programme, you feel that a different module or approach within the programme would be more beneficial, you can request an exchange. For example, if you initially start with the “Career Exploration” module but later decide that the “Skills Development” module is more relevant to your needs, contact our programme support team at Liam0JohnMacveigh@outlook.com.
- Clearly state your account details, the current module you are in, and the module you would like to switch to. Our team will review your request and make the necessary adjustments within 2 business days.
3.2 Programme Refund
- Full Refund: If you cancel the career transition programme within 3 days of purchase and have not accessed any programme materials or sessions, you will receive a full refund.
- Partial Refund: If you cancel between 4 – 14 days after purchase and have accessed some programme content, a partial refund will be determined based on the percentage of the programme you have completed. For example, if you have completed 30% of the programme, you will receive a refund of 70% of the total programme cost.
- After 14 days, the career transition programme is non – refundable, unless there are extenuating circumstances, such as a serious illness or family emergency, which must be supported by appropriate documentation.
4. Marketplace Exchanges and Refunds
4.1 Product/Service Exchange
- For products or services purchased through our marketplace for 50+, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange within 10 days of receiving the product or service. Contact the seller directly Liam0JohnMacveigh@outlook.com to arrange the exchange. If the seller is unable to provide an exchange, you can reach out to our marketplace support team at Liam0JohnMacveigh@outlook.com for assistance.
- The exchanged product or service must be of equal or greater value. If the new item is of greater value, you will need to pay the difference. If it’s of lower value, the seller may issue a credit to your account for future marketplace purchases.
4.2 Product/Service Refund
- Full Refund: If the product is defective, damaged upon receipt, or the service does not meet the advertised specifications, you are eligible for a full refund within 15 days of receiving the product or service. Contact the seller first to initiate the refund process. If the seller does not respond or refuses to issue a refund, contact our marketplace support team, who will mediate the situation.
- Non – Defective Items: For non – defective products or services, if you change your mind, you may be eligible for a partial refund within 10 days of purchase. The refund amount will be determined based on the condition of the product (if applicable) and any usage of the service. For example, if you purchased a digital course and have completed 20% of it, you may receive an 80% refund.
5. Event – Ticket Exchanges and Refunds
5.1 Event – Ticket Exchange
- If you are unable to attend an event for which you have purchased a ticket and would like to transfer your ticket to another person, you can do so by notifying our event management team at [event management email address] at least 48 hours before the event start time. Provide the details of the new attendee, along with your ticket purchase information.
- In some cases, if an event has multiple sessions or versions, and you wish to exchange your ticket for a different session or version, you may be able to do so within 7 days of the original ticket purchase, subject to availability. Contact our event management team to check for availability and initiate the exchange.
5.2 Event – Ticket Refund
- Full Refund: If an event is canceled by us, you will receive a full refund of the ticket price, which will be processed within 7 business days of the cancellation announcement.
- Partial Refund: If you cancel your ticket between 14 – 7 days before the event, you will receive a 50% refund. If you cancel within 7 days of the event, no refund will be provided, except in cases of serious illness or family emergency, which must be supported by valid documentation.
6. How to Request Exchanges and Refunds
- For all exchanges and refunds, follow the specific instructions provided in each section above. In general, communicate with the relevant support team (membership, programme, marketplace, or event management) via email or the contact form available on the website.
- Include your name, contact information, order or membership details, and a clear explanation of your request (whether it’s an exchange or refund and the reason for it).
7. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update this Exchange & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review the policy periodically. If you continue to use our services, purchase products, or register for events after a policy update, you are deemed to have accepted the new terms.
